What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Free delivery within Semenanjung Malaysia for orders RM250 and above.
For orders below RM250, a delivery fee of RM6 applies.
For Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan, an additional RM20 delivery fee applies.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Atome – 3 or 6-month installment plan
eGHL – Credit card, Direct Debit, ShopeePay, and GrabPaylater (instalment)
Billplz – FPX Malaysian online banking
How long will delivery take?
READY STOCKS ITEMS
Ready stock items will take around 1-3 Working Days to arrive at your address given. We will provide tracking number after we already ship out your order.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items will takes around 7-14 Working Days to arrive at your address given.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
The Bootsmania does not sell, share or trade customer’s personal information collected online with third parties. Personal information collected online will only be disclosed within our corporate group and to third parties for the purposes for which it was collected, as authorised and consented by you. For example, the conduct of a sales transaction of a product of your choice on our website.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive your tracking number via e-mail when your parcel is sent out to you.
How can I get my tracking number?
You can track on any Courier Services that have been used by our store. In your email it will tell you what courier they use. Usually we are using Pos Malaysia
How can I track & trace my parcel?
You can track your parcel easily using Pos Malaysia’s tracking system.
Just follow these steps:
Go to the Pos Malaysia Tracking page.
Enter your tracking number provided after your order is shipped.
Click “Track” to view the latest delivery updates.
